The rest of the team Phoebe, Kelly & Zac are always so friendly and they allowed us to make the experience of choosing my engagement ring special, without ruining the surprise elements of it all. I have done business with Rob… read more and the great people at George Moss before. I know how they work. They make that extra effort that is often so sadly missing from many retailers these days. They really do put the customer first. It doesn’t matter if you are spending £10 or £10000 the point is: Service! You get looked after. Not in a creepy sycophantic way but in a “we really do want you to get what you want & be happy with it” way and know that you have done a good deal that everyone is wholly satisfied with. I did a lot of research into what I wanted. I knew exactly how much was the right price for the watch and Rob came up with the goods. I may very possibly have been able to get the same watch a few pounds less expensive. I firmly believe one gets what one pays for. In this case, I got a fantastic watch for a fantastic price. Rob described it to me. When I looked at it, it took me about twenty seconds to know it was “The right one”. I know these guys can be trusted. I know that I can call them should I have a problem and it will be resolved and fast. All the team are totally professional, kind and knowledgeable. I know that if you want a specific product, given some time Rob will find it for you. For the right price. Long May you continue your good works guy’s. I will certainly be doing more business with Rob and his colleagues. They are very good at what they do. In my opinion there is little point in wasting your time going anywhere else. Not only did their valuation exceed my expectations, but the owner’s generous addition to the total brought tears to my eyes. In a world where challenges abound for many, this experience was a powerful reminder of the impact of kindness and the spirit of community. Within a week, the funds arrived, and the ambulance is back on the road today! I will certainly return to shop at George Moss soon!
