Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: An appointment is not necessary but is advised so we can manage expectations please book below.

Q: What kind of items are you looking for?
A: We’re especially interested in gold (even broken), large diamonds, coloured stones (like sapphires, rubies, emeralds), and vintage or antique jewellery.

Q: How quickly can I be paid?
A: In many cases, we can pay you within a couple of hours – either by bank transfer or cash (depending on amount and preference).

Q: Will you value items even if I don’t want to sell?
A: Yes! We’re happy to give you an idea of what it’s worth with no pressure to sell.

Q: I can’t make the event – can I come another day?
A: Absolutely. Just pop in anytime – we offer this service year-round.

Q: Do you buy scrap or broken jewellery?
A: Yes – even single earrings, tangled chains or items missing stones can still be worth something.

Q:Do I need to bring ID with me?
A:Yes, please do — and if you’re looking to sell, having your bank details to hand would be helpful too.
