Established in 1995, George Moss Jewellers is an independent family jewellers based in the heart of Uckfield. Exceptional customer service and excellence is at the forefront of everything we do. George Moss are privileged to say that over the years our customers have become our friends.
Being independent gives us complete control over everything we do. Additionally, we have a stunning showroom where every product and brand has been carefully chosen and sourced by us. We are also fortunate to be able to offer a diverse range of services in house as well as within our associated studios. In conclusion, working closely with the studios allows us to have personal control of any project seeing it through every step of the way.
Please find delivery information available to you from George Moss Jewellers. We have many delivery options available to you to choose from.
Delivered by Royal Mail using their Recorded Delivery service, they aim to get your order to you within three working days provided you place your order before 12 noon. You will be required to sign for your delivery.
Should no-one be available to sign for your delivery, an information card will be left. This will give you the option to either collect it from a designated depot. You can arrange to have it redelivered within 48 hours. You may also request to have it delivered to your place of work.
Free delivery is applied to all orders over £150.00 in value and will be sent via Recorded Delivery up to the value of £500.00. Above this all parcels will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, delivering your item before 1:00 pm the next working day from dispatch.
We will deliver internationally. Please email us first for further details and the level of insurance required.
We’ll send you an email when your order is ready to collect. When you come to collect your order, we will need to see your order number from your email, and proof of ID. This can be either the payment card you used for the order, or a current photographic driver’s licence or passport. Please call us on 01825 764 004 for further information.
