Please find delivery information available to you from George Moss Jewellers. We have many delivery options available to you to choose from.
Delivered by Royal Mail using their Recorded Delivery service, they aim to get your order to you within three working days provided you place your order before 12 noon. You will be required to sign for your delivery.
Should no-one be available to sign for your delivery, an information card will be left. This will give you the option to either collect it from a designated depot. You can arrange to have it redelivered within 48 hours. You may also request to have it delivered to your place of work.
Free delivery is applied to all orders over £150.00 in value and will be sent via Recorded Delivery up to the value of £500.00. Above this all parcels will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, delivering your item before 1:00 pm the next working day from dispatch.
We will deliver internationally. Please email us first for further details and the level of insurance required.
We’ll send you an email when your order is ready to collect. When you come to collect your order, we will need to see your order number from your email, and proof of ID.
